Sherry worked with my wife and I for several months to help us find that “perfect” home. It took a while since we had moved from Illinois, so we had to start from scratch. She was always available for discussion and showed us many homes before we finally found the ‘right one’. Sherry worked hard for us, and her perseverance paid off. We are very happy with our home, and all the help she was for us! I would recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a home!

Sherry went beyond the call of duty 24/7. She is the epitome of professional. She certainly raises the bar of high standards, integrity and work ethics. I will never work with anyone else. I am proud to say she is one of a kind and comes highly recommended by me. She always made me feel I was her top priority and most important. I asked and she delivered. Within a 3 month period she represented me well, in both selling a home and buying one. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done. She is a true gem and a great asset to the real estate industry. I hired Mrs Flathman because she is a friend of the family. I found her quite knowledgeable in her field and an expert in negotiations and is worth her commissions. I found her personable, kind and considerate. She has gone out of her way for me several times to make sure my home was secured after others have shown it. It was a delightful experience having her as my agent.
