Sherry did a great job for us from marketing our property and making sure we were on every website, nationally and internationally. Taking awesome photographs, video, 3-d video, VR-video, and drone video. Sherry goes above and beyond, knows her target market well, and never quits. Without question, Sherry Flathman comes highly recommended and is the best, hardest working residential real estate agent I've met!

When selling our home she made is so easy and she knew just what to do. When out closing was in jeopardy of being pushed back, Sherry was able to make it still go through on our original date. Sherry Flathman was the seller's realtor, my wife and I were the buyers. She was very accommodating and was there multiple times upon request to show the new property and assist us. There were some hick ups along the way as there always are with purchasing a new home, however she helped us and the previous owner get through all of them, including assisting us with the sale of our own home (with a realtor who was not as accommodating and willing to let a deal die if it didn't serve his best interest with little apparent concern for his client's). I can honestly say if she was not involved with the transaction the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one would not have happened. I highly recommend using Sherry for your real estate transaction, she will have your interest at heart and at the same time see the big picture that it takes compromise and agreement between two parties to sell and purchase a home.

Sherry did a great job in both helping me buy a house and selling my house. She hired a professional photographer to really represent the personality of my home and that was so important to me. I sold my house in less than 2 weeks! She was also my psychiatrist, business manager, and friend when I had my meltdowns, as you do when buying and selling properties.

The best experience I've had in buying and selling a home. I was so pleased with how Sherry helped us buy our new house. I asked her to sell our Condo. Which she did and if possible that went even better. I have bought and sold 8 homes, this was the best experience.

If you have Sherry as your realtor you have a bulldog on your side. We had a nut case buyer when I sold my mother's home. Five months of grief and aggravation with the most demanding off the wall person I have ever had to deal with. With calm and cool head Sherry coped with it all! We made it through with flying colors and great results for me thanks totally to Sherry!

Sherry and her team made every step of the way smooth and pleasant. We had nine days to find a place before going back home. Although I did my homework, many properties that we were interested in had sold before we got to Bradenton (an area she is VERY familiar with). Sherry made contact with us even as we were stuck in traffic going over the bridge---she even had water and diet Coke waiting for us when we got to the first property location (saved us from dehydration!). We were far from being Sherry's only clients, but she made us feel as though we were. Each step in the buying process was handled swiftly and professionally, We were able to make an offer and secure the home we wanted on our second day, leaving the rest of the time for a vacation! Everything went well to closing, which also included the valuable service of a "mobile notary", who handled paperwork at our home before we left for Florida. It is clear that Sherry has considerable knowledge and experience and I would like to recommend her wholeheartedly.

Sherry is awesome!!! Since the very first conversation, she was professional and caring. She not only helped me purchase my house but also helped my dad with his purchase at the same time. We are closing on our purchase with a 5 day difference and we are closing on two houses in the same community which is what we wanted. Sherry worked hard to get us that. My CT family needed to clean out and sell my Aunt's condo in Bradenton. We flew down, met with Sherry (who brought along an Estate Liquidator) and returned to CT 3 days later! From that point on, Sherry took over. She did all the coordination with the Liquidator, painters and rug/house cleaning people. She met with all parties involved (including multiple bids for painting). Within 2 weeks the condo was cleaned out, painted (staged with furniture) and listed! It sold at our full asking price in 3 days! I highly recommend her for any real estate needs - Wagner is very lucky to have such an outstanding agent!

I contacted Sherry because of her outstanding reviews, and we're so happy we did! We have been vacationing in the Bradenton area for several years and love the accessibility to beaches, dining choices, art/theater, etc so we decided to look for our own place.
