One of the best things about living in the Bradenton or Sarasota area is that there are always plenty of things to do. Whether you've lived here a while or recently moved in, attending some of these events is a great way to meet the neighbors and make new friends. Here are a few top events our real estate agents recommend checking out this fall.

Sarasota Bradenton Fall Home Show: 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237
The Sarasota Bradenton Fall Home Show is a great place to discover new remodeling and decorating ideas for your home. This home show is scheduled for September 8th - 10th at the Robarts Arena of the Sarasota Fairgrounds. You can sign up for a free pass online or pay $10 at the door.

Some key attractions at the home show are the Outdoor Living Showcase and the Hot Tub Blowout Sale. The Kitchen Showcase is also incredible. There are so many new and innovative appliances coming out for kitchens!
Sarasota Wellness Expo: 140 University Town Center Dr., Sarasota, FL 34243
Take a break from looking at Sarasota homes for sale, and stop by the Sarasota Wellness Expo at The Mall at University Town Center. This expo is scheduled for September 9th between 10 am and 3 pm. You'll find more than 50 exhibits from fitness instructors, holistic health practitioners, and even veterinarians.

At this expo, there will be plenty of free samples. You can enjoy a massage or treat yourself to a healthy smoothie. There is no fee for parking or entry.
Ross David Concert: 101 7th St. N. Bradenton, FL 34217
On September 28th, 2023, Ross David will be performing at Wicked Cantina on Bradenton Beach. This renowned recording artist has had more than 15 million streams and has performed alongside artists, including Edwin McCain and Ernie Halter.

Ross David will take the stage at 6:00 pm. This show is expected to be busy, so plan on arriving early. Consider looking at some Bradenton homes for sale in the afternoon, then rolling into your evening with this live concert.
Friday Fest: 777 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34243
Friday Fest is an outdoor concert series that takes place on the lawn at Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. This month's event is scheduled for September 22nd and will feature Jah Movement, a Reggae band led by frontman and singer Shantel Normal.

If you plan on attending, bring a blanket or chair to sit on. There will be food and beverages for sale, but you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments. In case of rain, the show will move indoors to the main stage.
Sarasota Opera Food & Wine Festival: 61 N. Pineapple Ave., Sarasota, FL 34236
Do you love food and wine? Who doesn't? The Sarasota Food & Wine Festival is the perfect place to indulge and expand your palate. It's scheduled for September 23rd, with doors opening at 1:00 pm.

Restaurants from across the region will bring their best dishes to serve at this event. There will also be plenty of wine available for purchase. Tickets are $75 per person in advance or $85 per person at the door. Expect plenty of raffles and drawings, too.
